Battala Anandamoyee High School (HS) imprinted with the name of 'MAA ANANDAMOYEE' was setup in 1948, sixty years ago on the out-skirt of Uttar Ramnagar due to the visionary Zeal and action of the eminent people of our locality at Battala. This institution was setup by a group of educationists.
Late Tarini Prasad Das Mahapatra, late Brajamohan Baroponda, late Haranarayan Pradhan, late Sashi Bhushan Maity, late Rajani Kanta Singah were the persons who led the institution at the dawn of it.
